These Terms govern use of Luma & Vale, operated by AMANDA JK LLC. By using this website or connected commerce application, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

Our website allows customers to browse jewelry, create orders, receive receipts, and contact support. The connected application is used by authorized business administrators for order, invoice, payment status, and reconciliation workflows.

Payments

Live payments are processed through approved third-party payment services, including Intuit Payments where configured. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or full bank account details on our servers.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability, fraud screening, and payment authorization. We may cancel or refund orders that cannot be fulfilled or appear unauthorized.
