AMANDA JK LLC collects information needed to operate Luma & Vale, fulfill orders, provide support, and maintain accounting and payment reconciliation records.

Information we collect

We may collect name, email address, shipping address, order details, payment status, transaction references, support messages, and technical logs. If Intuit services are connected, we may process QuickBooks company, invoice, payment status, and reconciliation data authorized by the account administrator.

Payment data

We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV, or full bank account numbers. Sensitive payment details are handled by approved payment processors or hosted payment flows.

How we use data

We use data to process orders, issue receipts, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain security logs, reconcile payments, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed for hosting, payments, security, accounting, shipping, and support.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, token protection, logging, and least-privilege operational practices. OAuth secrets and payment credentials are not displayed in browser logs or public pages.
